Scope: Sales Enablement Execution, Commercial Content Production, Value Proposition Design
We are looking for a hands-on strategic content creator to join our Growth & Adoption team. As the Solutions Marketing Manager, you will be the Sales Enablement engine for Monthio.
You will personally execute the production of our commercial assets—translating complex technical capabilities into high-impact decks, business cases, and customer stories. You are responsible for the entire content lifecycle: from defining the narrative to designing the slide, to putting it in the hands of the salesperson.
Note: This is a senior individual contributor role. We need a builder who can write, design, and execute at speed.
Sales Enablement Execution
Produce the Sales Arsenal: You are the primary creator of our commercial collateral. You will write and design:
Pitch Decks: Tailored presentations for C-Level and Technical buyer personas.
One-Pagers & Battlecards: Crisp summaries and competitive takedowns used daily by the team.
Business Cases / ROI Calculators: Functional tools that help prospects justify the investment.
Asset Management: You own the library. You ensure that the sales team always has access to the latest, most effective versions of our materials, removing outdated content from circulation.
Launch Execution: When Product ships a new feature, you build the "Sales Kit" (Deck updates, Email templates, FAQs) and train the sales team on how to use it immediately.
Solutions Messaging & Narrative Design
Translate Tech to Value: You take the raw technical input from the Product team and write the commercial copy. You define the "Why Monthio?" story for our enterprise segments.
Case Study Production: You interview successful customers, extract the data points, and write the case studies that prove our value to the market.
Strategic Deal Support
Bespoke Asset Creation: On strategic enterprise opportunities, you step in to build custom deal narratives and presentation materials needed to close specific large accounts.
Feedback Loop: You actively gather usage data from the sales team to see which assets are winning deals and iterate on them constantly.
Experience: 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS as a hands-on Product Marketer, Content Strategist, or Sales Enablement Lead.
The "Full Stack" Creator: You do not outsource. You have excellent copywriting skills (English) and strong design proficiency (PowerPoint/Figma). You can build a professional-grade deck from scratch.
Commercially Driven: You understand that a great asset is one that closes revenue. You prioritize speed and impact over perfection.
Domain: Experience in Fintech or Enterprise Software is a strong plus.
